What is print-on-demand (PoD)?

Northlander Store runs on a print-on-demand model. That means your item is made just for you after you place your order. We don’t keep products in stock, but instead, our trusted partner (like Printful) prints, packs, and ships your order from the location closest to you.

This way, we can deliver your order quickly and cut down on waste. Nothing gets made unless somebody wants it, which makes this a more eco-friendly choice than mass production.

Where do you ship?

Almost anywhere in the world! Our printing partners have centres in places like the USA, Europe, and Canada. Your order will be made and shipped from the nearest location for the fastest and most affordable delivery.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Since every item is made especially for you, we usually can’t cancel your order or change things like size or colour once it’s placed. If something went wrong, email us at info(at)northlander.store, and we’ll see what we can do.

Tip: Make sure to double-check everything before hitting the "Buy" button!

Can I return a product?

Yes – you have 14 days to return your order if you're not happy with it. The item needs to be unused and in good shape.

How do I return something?

Just send us an email at info(at)northlander.store within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll give you step-by-step instructions.

What if my order is damaged or faulty?

Oh no, that shouldn’t happen! If your item arrives damaged or something’s not right, email us right away at info(at)northlander.store, and we’ll help you out.

What if I don’t pick up my delivery?

If your package gets sent back because it wasn’t picked up, we may need to charge you for the extra costs (like return shipping). So please make sure your address is correct and you pick up your order on time!

Will I get tracking info?

Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link by email.
